Our twist on the Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Taylor Garrett Whiskey
1.5 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Lime
1 oz Rosemary syrup
Garnish: smoked rosemary

MIXOLOGY

Simply shake up the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until well-chilled. Serve over ice. Garnish with smoked rosemary.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Taylor Garrett Whiskey
¼ oz Demerara sugar syrup (or .25 oz simple syrup)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Orange zest
Garnish: Brandied cherry

MIXOLOGY

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled; Strain over lots of ice; Express orange zest over the glass, then drop it in; garnish with brandied cherry.

Whiskey Maple Coffee Cocktail

Acceptable any Time of Day

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Taylor Garrett Whiskey 
4 oz cold brew coffee
0.5 oz maple syrup 
1 oz cream (half & half)
ice

MIXOLOGY

Add whiskey, coffee, maple syrup and ice to cocktail shaker; shake well. Add ice to glass and pour mixed drink onto ice. Top with cream.

If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, just pour ingredients directly into glass without the ice; stir to combine. Boom!

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Taylor Garrett Rye
¼ oz Vara Vermut Dulce
¼ oz Vara Vermut Seco
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Maraschino cherry

MIXOLOGY

Add Rye, Vermut and bitters to shaker with ice and stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

Rye Apple Cake

Delicious All-American Flavor

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Taylor Garrett Rye
¾ oz apple pie simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Dash of mole bitters
Ice

MIXOLOGY

Combine all ingredients in shaker & dry shake, add ice and wet shake, strain over martini glass, garnish with apple slice & cinnamon stick. Serve chilled. A festive, boozy treat that’s spicy, cool and easy-to-make.

Smoked Old Fashioned w Applewood Bacon

Because who doesn’t like Bacon?

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ oz Taylor Garrett Rum Rye
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
½ oz Smoked Demerara Simple Syrup
Applewood smoking chips
Smoke topper or gun
1 strip grilled Applewood Bacon (optional, but why not?)
Luxardo Cherry
orange peel

MIXOLOGY

Add simple syrup, bitters to glass; stir. Fill glass with ice, add whiskey and stir. Use Breville Smoking Gun, add smoke to glass, cover and allow to infuse for 10 secs. Garnish with Applewood Bacon, Luxardo Cherry and orange peel.
