Artisanally distilled from a bourbon mash of corn, rye and malted barley, Taylor Garrett Whiskey has been matured using our proprietary oak aging process. The result is an uncommonly smooth spirit showing the strong notes of vanilla, caramel and a spicy rye finish you’ve come to expect from a traditionally aged spirit.

TAYLOR GARRETT RYE

Taylor Garrett Rye is the bold and rugged sibling of the breakthrough bourbon-style whiskey released by Taylor Garrett earlier this year. Using time-honored distilling techniques paired with our innovative, all-natural oak aging process, Taylor Garrett has switched up the mash bill to put the spotlight on the spice. A strong nose of vanilla and toasted maple lead to a hint of sweetness on the palate that yields to the complex spiciness that rye lovers have come to expect. The exceptionally smooth finish lingers pleasantly in anticipation of the next sip.

TAYLOR GARRETT RUM RYE

Our Rum Rye is the unexpected union of our bold Rye Whiskey and Vara’s Rum Añejo. Both are aged using the Taylor Garrett accelerated process, creating a whiskey at home on the high plainsor the high seas.

Notes of maple, toffee and butterscotch, complemented by hints of sandalwood on the nose translate seamlessly to the palate. Slight sweetness gives way to gentle spice with a pleasant finish that lasts through the longest of tall tales.

Small Batch Whiskey distilled from a Bourbon mash finished in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Artisanally distilled using our proprietary, all-natural and sustainable oak aging technology, then finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks for a minimum of three months.  As always, additive free and non-chill filtered, TG Sherry Cask Finish Whiskey is whiskey…on a Higher Plane.

Canteen Brewhouse, Albuquerque’s longest-standing craft brewery, has partnered with us to present the Taylor Garrett Canteen Imperial Malt. TG’s first all-malt whiskey is a powerhouse that showcases the profiles of six unique malted barleys.

The nose reflects its imperial stout origin; strong notes of toffee, nut brittle, roasted malt. Slight sweetness on palate yields to coffee, cocoa & rich malt.
